JSLN Japanese Language School school offers a twice a week course for students who want to study Japanese but are too busy to attend daily class due to work or family obligations. For students wishing to study twice a week while also working part-time we recommend first studying 4 days a week in our short-term intensive course to build a strong foundation.
FEATURE.02Slower pace but steady improvement
The upper intermediate classes are ideal for those students who are studying with a long-term perspective. You can slowly and surely advance from basics to actual application. You can learn more natural Japanese by combining the Japanese you hear in your home and work with the Japanese you learn in class and from textbooks.
FEATURE.03For students preparing for the N3 level or higher of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
There are a variety of reasons for wanting to take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) including needing N1 or N2 to find a job or simply to help set a clear goal and track your progress. Our upper intermediate course is a great foundation for studying for the JLPT. Even if you are busy with work or family obligations, studying twice a week will allow you to progress towards your goal.

Twice weekly class
Our twice a week course have both a beginner course and an intermediate level. Both are two days a week on either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday for two hours a day. The classes are scheduled to help you find time in your schedule to review and do homework between classes. This course is recommended for those who want to organize their time while studying.

First of all, lets convey what you want to say in simple Japanese.
In the first half of the beginner's class, we begin by getting used to Japanese characters, sounds, and rhythms, and then learn basic Japanese used in daily conversations such as greetings. Little by little you will be able to use your own words to talk about your emotions and the things around you. In the second half of the beginner's course, you will be able to begin understanding Japanese spoken by Japanese people, and while it may be somewhat unnatural or take time, you will be able to convey much of what you want to convey.

More natural Japanese in more and more different situations
In the first half, while using the Japanese you obtained in the beginners course you will be able to explain and express yourself more accurately. You will begin to acquire simple honorific expressions. In the second half, you will learn more complex vocabulary and expressions, use different Japanese language in various situations, and become more natural and more comfortable communicating. You will also learn reading skills and information gathering skills to help you be able to cope with everyday situations.

FLOWEnrollment process
To enter our school, you need to have a valid visa for the expected period of study. The type of visa does not matter. Tourist visas and working holiday visas both okay. Please contact us to schedule a time to visit the school for a level check and counseling about what you would like to study. After the level check, we will guide you to the appropriate course. If we already have a suitable class at your level, you can arrange to take a trial lesson. After making the tuition payment, you will be officially accepted.

The class schedule is updated every three months. Please contact us either by phone, by filling out the inquiry form or by email. We will then schedule a time for a level check and counseling.

We can arrange a free trial lesson at your appropriate level so you can see a real class.
Application, tuition fee payment information, entrance
Payment needs to be made by the specified date either by bank transfer or in cash.

We ask for your cooperation and to make a reservation before visiting the school so we can be sure the best teacher for you is available to speak with you.

CALENDARTwice weekly class
The class schedule for our twice a week program changes every three months. The terms are:
January semester (January to March) ,April semester (April to June) ,July semester (July to September) ,October semester (October to December)
The class schedule is normally confirmed one month prior to the beginning of each term. The application period opens at that time. However, if you have already studied Japanese and there is already a class at your appropriate level, after taking the level check and trial lesson, and you can join immediately. You can start studying as soon as you like, without waiting for the next semester. Also, even if you have never studied Japanese at all, if there are several similar students, we may offer to start a new class for you. Please feel free to contact us at any time, regardless of level.
